We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: Active Secret DoD Clearance within 5 years of last investigation
2: Manufacturing of composites aircraft structures
3: Aircraft, Radomes, Any aerostructures of composites
4: Working knowledge of RF testing of structures, antennas, radomes, and other aerospace related components
5: Ability to perform data analysis and present findings to program engineering teams
6: Ability to author or review RF test plans
7: Ability to provide input to test fixture design, manufacturing, and set-up.
8: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (ABET), specializing in RF / Electromagnetics; M.S. is desirable
9: Minimum 5 years with B.S. or related experience, 3 years with M.S.
10: Relevant experience in aerospace industry, with experience in testing and analysis of structures, conformal antennas/apertures, arrays, and Radomes
11: Solid background in electromagnetics
12: Working experience with test and evaluation of microwave devices
13: Verification of antenna, radome, and structure performance through prototype fabrication, integration into test fixture(s), and testing
14: Experience with commercial data analysis software, such as Knowbell and/or Pioneer
15: Familiarity with Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) tools
16: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Innovation Systems Group is looking for an experienced Electrical RF Engineer to support electromagnetics and radio frequency (RF) testing.

DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
:: Working experience within various anechoic test chambers
:: Ability to create software algorithms for design, optimization, and data analysis using tools such as MATLAB or FORTRAN
:: Proficiency with Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as HFSS, FEKO, PMM, XPATCH, RAM2D, etc.
:: Familiar with common material measurements for the extraction of electrical properties
:: Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes
:: Ability to work across multiple projects and follow through to completion
